E' la prima volta che mi capita di ricevere una email che cerca di screditare un fornitore, ovviamente arriva da oltre muraglia.

Ovviamente può trattarsi di un concorrente particolarmente sfrontato (che magari si presenterà tra poco) come di un ex dipendente in cerca di vendetta...

You can get the help from local firm with favourable price and more professional service on booking review etc.
The only dominance of XYZ is English, but to your company,it's not a problem.
Actually, XYZ office has no licence ,it's an illegal office, it often subcontract the service to the 3rd party such as XYZ.
